We worked with Laura, Pam, and Kaylee for our purchase. Our team can't say enough good things about the service and attention to detail we got from each of them. They closely followed our order and made sure everything was just the way we wanted and stayed on time with the delivery. We were offered appropriate and thoughtful substitutions when something was either no longer available or when some item was not available in the quantity we wanted. Everyone on our campus is very pleased with the way our student supplies turned out and we can't wait to give our students these great study materials and a couple of other things just for fun. Ward is definitely our supplier of choice for any future items we need and they helped make this difficult school situation (distance learning) much brighter for a lot of kids who can't be at their schools right now. Laura, the CEO, personally helped me navigate the plethora of options they have on their site, got me better deals than listed and got me items on a tight deadline - not once but twice! She and her team really are lifesavers and have advised me on what will look and function best when picking out items and designs on clothes. Laura and her team are also quick to get back to me however they need to - email, phone, text. I really appreciate the great selections, the quality but most of all the customer service.

We were attending a job fair and ordered an adjustable tablecloth with our logo at the last minute. Laura was able to get it to us in record time.
